**BEHAVIOR CONTRACT**

4 方向の配置、hover の遅延、portal のレイヤー、離れたときの dismiss はレイアウトツリーを変えません。

**RECORDED INTERACTION**

仮想カーソルが Top trigger に hover すると、吹き出しが実際に表示されます。
